Industrial Engineering College under construction in Wolkite town

Addis Ababa, May 31 (WIC) – The Industrial Engineering College under construction in Wolkite town of Gurage Zone with over 21 million birr will go operational in the coming academic year, the zonal administration office said.

Administration Capacity Building and Social Affairs Expert Jamal Ahmed said the state government is taking immediate actions to alleviate the problems that arise from shortage of higher educational institutions in the zone.

On going operational at the beginning of the millennium it would offer training in the fields of General Workshop, Electronics and Electricity, he said.
